01.01.09
Compiled by Kyoto Jazz Massive for Especial Records to mark their 10th anniversary.
I'm gonna throw out a 'wild' prediction on this; It will still be in my virtual cd changer come Spring.
One thing I'm not gonna try and predict however is the japan import price that juno's new erratic-dynamic pricing system slaps on this.
Ft. Jose Carretas, Aaron Jerome, Bakura, Shuya Okino. . And plenty of Domu.
I'l start properly singing and dancing about/with this when it flops through the letterbox.
HappyNew Year and a big thankyou to alll the readers/artists/selectors/like&non-like minded people who I've crossed paths with in '08. Whole lot more to come from here. . so sit tight.

Pangaea MAH Guestmix
I took the liberty of cutting this out of the applicable show. The internal debate rages on as to whether to do so was morally wrong or not.
Regardless, It's beautiful.

I See People
Nothing groundbreaking from Bashy here, but i'l post anyway.
Very important to support artists who have the potential to break through into 'good role model territory', and Bashy is on the brink of doing so. Gave the mixtape a listen 'Bashy.com' - was solid, and as long as it is nothing less than solid I'l keep on supporting.
Hopefully one day. . well, hopefully with his debut 'Catch Me If you Can' (Spring '09) I will be re-paid. All i want is something as powerful as below:
Raw and gritty.

I'l dance to this. . . .

Twice
would be stupid not to jump on this. Aaron Jerome on the remix of swedish outfit Little Dragon.
He also has a load of projects in the works. . with each one sounding rather interesting. Particularly work with Mr. Paul Randolph for Especial & a spellbinding remix for Future Loop Foundation. Theres also some fps goodness in there --> see the explosion below.
But back to the present, pick up the vinyl from usual suspects. but for ease of access, today I will again choose Juno.
Hustling at 02:42.
Goodnight.
