Fidget House wasn't it. . .

Sometime back in 07 I swore to myself that I wouldn't get sucked in by all this jacking house stuff. I stuck to it for a few months. Now sometime in 08, Sinden & Monte Cristal have got me back on it. The usual treatment with a bit more synth'sss than we're used too. Waiting on the estelle album too. . Her year.

I'm out. . got myself a stats exam tomorrow. .

Neighbours won't like it

"Fidget House" as it has been trendily dubbed by its listeners. Sinden and Count of Monte Cristal (A.ka. Herve (among others)) are seen as the pioneers of the sound, in both production and remixing - never hesitating to give a song their treatment. . recent examples include remixes of Pharoah Monch and Sinden's solo mix of Epicman and Plan B's "More Is Enough".
Mr Hudson and the Library now get the treatment on "Ask The Dj".. Foot Stompingly brilliant or maybe it's just that I never really got over the passing of 2step garage.

MP3: Mr Hudson & The Library - Ask The Dj (Sinden & Count of Monte Cristal Remix)

Guessing this will be on the bside to the single, released on Mercury recently, or sometime soon.

Coming up..

Remixes of Aquasky, To My Boy and Riot In Belgium.

If you like it. Worth checking out SpeakerJunk (alias of Herve)...
