'I'm making beaucoup money'

I really don't know what to expect from Adam Bhala-Lough's look into the life of Weezy, but I guess it's safe to say there will be a fair load of quotables that you won't find anyplace else.

It might be worth a watch purely for that.

Out November 17th.

Transform Ya

the return of the repentant Chris Brown. move along if you can't forgive. .

some more commercially facing r&b that will cause all kinds of problems if played to the right dance.

Swizz Beatz & Lil Wayne supporting. & another song that will force me to leave my seat when I visit some more pants 'student culture' university nights. Spare a thought. . .

Excuse me. .

for me this video completely illustrates the confused state of hiphop. As much as I respect the artists in question, and enjoy the song, I've had to dig deep to try and decipher what is going on in this.

the dancing. either poor attempts to move with what I presume to be 'swagger', or they don't know how to act when the limelight isn't solely on them. one or the other.

particularly when put together with the latest wayne tape, i'm not sure what to think. but of course that could just be because of wayne.

My Official Girl

if wayne wasn't on this, i wouldn't bat an eyelid. thats what he adds. and thats why he's slowly consuming the genre.

maybe he is the greatest?

i reckon the instrumental's saying something too. Danja produced.

props tooo blaze at wmf

S.L.U

no-one on the corner has swagger like us.

Which one of thems got the most?

MP3: T.I - Swagger Like Us (Ft. Kanye West, Jay-Z, Lil'Wayne)
(zshare)

Real Rap

this is what wayne's for. .

(Zshare Mirror)

Late swipe. . .

Hattie Collins meets Lil' wayne. . .

Probably the best character appraisal I've read to date. . But then I ain't read many. . !

Billie

Jay jumps on a millie. . but again stresses the gap between him and the young carter. .

MP3: Jay-Z - A Billie

call me philly collins i feel a billin is in the air

C3

Just finished my second listen of weezy's carter 3. Obviously too early to comment just yet but I'l be going back for a third listen so the signs are good.

Every blog from here to New Orleans has put tracks up, I wanted to throw up the Robin Thicke joint 'tie my hands' , but i'd just be wasting yousendit server space.

Why kanye in the picture too? Because he freshened it all up again with the production.

More thoughts will follow.

Lollipop Remix

MP3: Lil' Wayne - Lollipop (Ft. Kanye West)

I got so much chips i swear they call me hewlett packard
I got so much chips have a bag if your a snacker

Ryan Leslie - Lollipop Improvisation

Props where its due. . . Can't wait for the album at this end.

Real Remix

A remix is not just a guest rappers verse tacked on the end/start of the song - see Mariah & Jays 'Bye Bye Remix'. Thats just mixtape filler.

This is a remix. Wasn't feeling the original, but the beats changed up, Usher doesn't get as tedious and Weezy and Beyonce pass through both taking the song in a better direction.

The last decent remix on this tip was Kanye and Ne-Yo on Drink N My 2step, so i'm including that for good measure.

MP3: Usher - Love In The Club (Ft. Beyonce & Lil'Wayne)

MP3: Cassidy - Drink N My 2 Step (Ft. Neyo & Kanye West)

Lollipop - Lil'Wayne

.....
Hahaha. Too much cough syrup? Will be huge though, I'ma put my mortgage on it.

Funny

Westwood and JME crack a few jokes to end the show when JME was passing through a week back.... The new record coming looks like its going to be big. . I'l search down a release date sometime... should be in the 2nd quarter though.

On a completely different note, what is this about....?

Ghetto Rich

Still don't feel Rich Boy.
The other three be perfect.

MP3: Rich Boy - Ghetto Rich Remix (Ft. John Legend, Lil'Wayne & Nas)

Can't remember where I found this. . Or even if its new. Because I remember dismissing the original a long time ago.

Wayne X Ed Hardy

On a billboard near you, if your stateside. One with baby somewhere too.

Tha Carter III Leak

The Carter III isn't coming on the 18th December, but The Carter III: Leak is. And you have to admit, the amount that is appearing on the internet from him these days is astounding. . But yeah, MTV has more, and look out for the video for 'gossip' appearing in the next few weeks.

MTV

graduated from hungry and made it to greedy

Finally with a CDQ version of the new single. Remember? From the BET video. And yeah, definitely worth watching - sounds so much hungrier than in the studio.

MP3: Lil' Wayne - Gossip

A mini war has also broken out between some guy called Ransom and Joe Budden.. It's easy to see who is winning, but whats incredible is the turnover of these guys tracks.. We're on one a day at the moment. Follow it @ Nahright.

I'm in a rush so can't give you the exact link.. but xxlmag have the second part of their Jay interview up.. XXL.

Lil' Wayne - Gossip (@ BET Awards)

Potential for this to get shut down, all the audio links that surfaced are being deleted as well as the videos are being closed too..

ABC's not A Bay Bay

No idea where it's from, whether its new or even who these guys really are. But lil' Wayne is strong and love the build up on the hook.

MP3: Cool Kids - Getting It (Ft. Lil' Wayne)
