Glow In The Dark

Kanye with some more merchandise for his fan club - photos from the Glow In The Dark Tour. I caught it in London, and was knocked sideways by the effort that had clearly been put in to making it what it was. Still get a bit misty at the way 'support act' Common was treated while warming up though. . . Probably be next seasons ladygaga in the support slot next year. Then they'll see.

I Am Limelight

Unreleased video from College Dropout. For 'Two Words'...

That album was so ill when you were 15 or so. Be all and End all of music. Pretty much why I'm still backing him to this day.

Been going through all the samples he's flipped . . 'Distant Lover' is that one!

Magic Man

I'm the majorest of suckers for G.O.O.D music.

MP3: Kanye West & Malik Yusef - Magic Man (Ft. John Legend & Common)

great to hear Malik on the mic again. It's beeeen time. Since Wouldn't You Like To Ride. So In control.

Well yeah,

erykah + common kick a freestyle each.

FADERTV

Excuse me. .

for me this video completely illustrates the confused state of hiphop. As much as I respect the artists in question, and enjoy the song, I've had to dig deep to try and decipher what is going on in this.

the dancing. either poor attempts to move with what I presume to be 'swagger', or they don't know how to act when the limelight isn't solely on them. one or the other.

particularly when put together with the latest wayne tape, i'm not sure what to think. but of course that could just be because of wayne.

LV x Kanye West

Just so you know what the 'in crowd' are talking about.

G.O.O.D Music Afterparty Cypha

kanye, mos, nas, consequence, de la soul, damon albarn & Will.I.Am share some stage time at the G.O.O.D music showcase in London the other night.

When Nas came in i'd have lost it. . but I still think that grime has the edge when it comes too pure energy at a live event. .despite it have fallen into a slumber of sorts. Should be some more G.O.O.D news/releases to come by the time the year is out. . Tony Williams. . Big Sean. And of course 808's. .

Heartless
