I thought the last release 'All These Things' was a brilliant listen - so the tracklisting for this has left me pretty excited. much more uptempo than previous work navigating aspects of soulful house and the sound horribly coined 'future jazz'... eugh. the mix works though - really can't wait now. In the mean time though, its worth searching out the 12's - available from all the usual spots and featuring remixes from theo parrish and henrik schwarz. it's pretty much an allstar cast from hereon.

Never had the pleasure to see him play. . something to do before I become unfashionable I guess. Haven't heard many of the tracks that he is talking about in the interview. . however the new Laurent Garnier is superb. As well as Martin Buttrich's 'Stoned Autopilot' (He sums it up perfectly) and the latest Radioslave, 'Tankatakan'.
The forthcoming album from Tokyo Black Star also sounds interesting;
His album will be a new mix of all his tracks – a DJ mix which doesn’t just mix the tracks together, but uses for example a beat from one track with an atmosphere from another track to give it a complete flow.

Big sound coming from Streathams Scrimshire - been on the Aaron Jerome remix 'Warm Sound' for longer than a minute. . The vocal arrangement of the original 'Warm Sound' (big big big big tune) kills me everytime. AJ's remix is minimal. But equally beautiful.
And of course the flip is tasty too - 'When The World Was Young pt. 2 '.
